Human Nature," a song by Michael Jackson, is a ballad from his iconic "Thriller" album, released in 1983. It was written by Steve Porcaro of Toto and John Bettis, with production by Quincy Jones. The song's inspiration came from a personal experience of Porcaro's, where he explained a boy pushing his daughter off a slide by saying it was "human nature".
