Does your body crack like a glow stick when you try mobility exercises? Clicks/pops/crackles can be common for a lot of people when they’re first starting out. If you have limitations in your mobility or poor quality tissue (fibrotic/scar/rigid), these sensations can be more frequent. As long as there is no pain associated with it, they’re likely harmless.
