Seahawks-49ers injury report: DeMarcus Lawrence limited, Charles Cross and Coby Bryant are back
The 49ers only held a walkthrough on Tuesday, and as such, their practice report is only an estimation. Both wide receiver Ricky Pearsall and tackle Trent Williams were limited participants. Williams played in San Francisco’s Wild Card game, but was sorely missed by the 49ers in Week 18.
Seattle Seahawks linebacker Uchenna Nwosu taunted Fred Warner on social amid the San Francisco 49ers star's injury rehab progression.
But will the Seattle Seahawks have to gameplan for Warner in their Divisional Round matchup against the 49ers on Saturday? Warner would be a huge boost for the 49ers, who have been the most injury-riddled team in the NFL this season.
Left tackle Charles Cross was back on the practice field for the Seahawks on Tuesday. Cross missed the last three games of the regular season with a hamstring injury, but he was able to fully participate in practice. That bodes well for his chances of playing against the 49ers on Saturday night.
Seahawks rookie guard Grey Zabel will be suiting up for his first NFL playoff game this weekend, but he's no stranger to playoff games, playing 12 at North Dakota State.
The 2026 NFL playoffs continue on Saturday with a two-game divisional-round slate. The Buffalo Bills travel to take on the Denver Broncos at 4:30 p.m. ET, followed by San Francisco 49ers at Seattle Seahawks at 8 p.
The San Francisco 49ers must be better on third downs in Saturday's rematch vs. the Seahawks after their poor showing against Seattle in Week 18.
